1. Scope & Nature of Services

DriveAssist Hub operates as an independent private platform that provides driving-related support — including booking of private lessons, mock tests, and educational guidance. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority. Payments made on our website are for our private training, assistance, or information services only.

2. Cancellation — Definition & Rules

Definition — "Processing": Processing begins when an instructor or session has been allocated, training resources prepared, or any third-party service (such as scheduling or venue booking) has been initiated.

3. Refund Eligibility & Calculation

Refunds are considered based on the booking status and costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.

Example: You paid ₹999 for a training session. If ₹150 in processing and gateway fees were incurred, the refund would be ₹849 (₹999 − ₹150). The exact deduction is communicated in your refund confirmation.
