These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website https://driveassisthub.in (the "Site") and any services provided through it by DriveAssist Hub ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing a booking/order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.
1. Services
We provide private educational and facilitation services related to driving: driving test preparation (theory/mock tests), practical lessons, one-on-one coaching, instructor bookings, and related educational resources. We are an independent private service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government agency or licensing authority.
2. User obligations
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the Site or placing a booking.
- You are responsible for verifying all details before submission; we are not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by you.
- Fraudulent activity, misuse of the Site, or attempts to submit false information may result in cancellation of bookings, withholding of refunds, and reporting to authorities where applicable.
- When booking in-person lessons, ensure you comply with local traffic and safety rules. Any driving during lessons is done at your own risk and in accordance with instructor guidance.
3. Payments and pricing
- All fees displayed on the Site relate to the private services we provide. Any third-party fees (e.g., venue charges or equipment rental) will be shown separately at checkout where applicable.
- Payments are processed via third-party payment gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment, and you will receive a booking confirmation with a unique reference number (Booking ID).

4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal data: privacy.html. By using the Site, you consent to that policy and to the limited sharing of personal data with service providers necessary to deliver your booked services (payment gateways, instructors, venue partners, etc.).
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, course materials and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned or licensed by us. You may not reproduce or use Site content except as expressly permitted in these Terms or with our prior written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
We provide services using reasonable care and skill. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited by applicable law.
7. Health, safety & conduct
For in-person practical lessons, you must follow the instructor's safety guidance. You confirm that you are fit to participate and hold any necessary permits or documents required by local law to take part in practical sessions. We are not responsible for accidents arising from your failure to follow safety instructions or from pre-existing conditions you did not disclose.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We attempt to keep the Site available and accurate, but do not warrant uninterrupted access or that any information is complete or error-free. We do not control government licensing or testing bodies and cannot guarantee approval, issuance, or timing for any government-issued licences or official documents. Our services are private educational and facilitation services only.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, where feasible, notified to registered users by email. Your continued use of the Site after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
