No. DriveAssist Hub is an independent private service for driving education and assistance. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by any government or licensing authority.

We provide online mock tests (theory), one-on-one theory coaching, practical driving lessons, refresher sessions for experienced drivers, and a driving school / instructor finder. We also offer training materials and mock-test access.

Choose the service on our Home or Courses page, click the relevant action (Book / Try Now), fill in the booking form with your details and preferred date/time, then complete the payment step. You will receive a Booking ID on the Thank You page and by email.

Payments are accepted via secure payment gateways and UPI/QR scan. Payment instructions appear during checkout. After payment upload your transaction proof if requested and submit to confirm your booking.

Yes — cancellations and rescheduling depend on the booking status and timing. We recommend requesting changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

We coordinate on-site lessons and professional fitment only where offered in the booking options. Instructor pickup or onsite services, if selected, are arranged at additional cost and confirmed during booking.

For most services we only need contact details and payment proof. For in-person practical sessions you may be asked to show a valid photo ID and vehicle documents if the session involves instructor pickup or use of your vehicle.
