How do I book a mock test or lesson?
Choose a service on the Home page (Mock Test, Lesson Booking, Coaching), click the action button, fill your details and follow the payment step. After payment upload the proof and submit — you’ll get a booking confirmation and Booking ID.
Where is my booking confirmation?
After submitting the booking form you land on a Thank You page with your Booking ID and summary. You’ll also receive an email with a GST-compliant invoice if a paid service was chosen.
How can I track my booking?
Go to Bookings page and enter your Booking ID. The page will check your browser session for recent bookings (demo) and then query our server for authoritative status.
Which documents do you need?
For mock tests and lessons we usually only need contact details and payment proof. For some in-person lessons we may request vehicle details or RC copy — only when necessary and with your consent.
Can you guarantee government approvals?
No — we provide private educational services and facilitation only. We do not represent or act on behalf of any government body and cannot submit or guarantee official approvals.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Mock tests are non-refundable once access is granted. Lesson cancellations must be requested 24+ hours in advance for a refund — see full policy on the Refund page.
